Who Are We?

 With over 20 years experience, Richard is a "Nuts and Bolts" Human Resources Professional. Honest, Down to earth and full of common sense, he brings deep business and HRM knowledge. Richard has been an entrepreneur for many years while also working in Corporate HR Management. 

Richard has experience managing Human Resources in both Canada and the USA. A HR Generalist by trade, he has experience in every aspect of Human Resources - Staffing, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Development, Occupational Safety,  Social Responsibility, Legal and Regulatory, and Training and Development.

He has worked in: 1) private business and governmental, 2)  in union and non-union, and 3) blue collar and white collar environments. He has taught many sessional HRM classes at both the University of Saskatchewan and Saskatchewan Polytechnic. Richard has started HR departments from scratch twice and stepped into complex settings many times.
