Employee Performance Coaching: we work with employees, as directed by their manager, to develop self-awareness, build capacity and empower talent for under performing and high potential employees
HR Projects: we will engage with clients for short projects such as terminations, recruitment process, training, employee value proposition, HRIS installments or performance management cycles.
Advisory Services: These services may include: coaching, recruitment, policy development, on-demand critical incidents advice or other situations.
For Individuals:
Life Coaching: for anyone looking to grow and develop.
Career Coaching: for students, job seekers, or new comers.
Retirement Coaching: for those thinking about retiring, close to retirement or full on retired.
As a Small Business - you can build your internal "HR Savvy". It is the gift that keeps giving. In many cases small businesses can build HR capacity within their existing team. Without hiring a full time HR Professional. Just focus on the Nuts and Bolts of HR.
NOTE: In most cases, billing will be by the half hour and a internal resource will need to be assigned to answer questions and provide needed information.
